Led by Chef/Co-Owner Will Gilson, Puritan & Company serves primarily modern American cuisine, with particular emphasis on traditional New England dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.

It makes me so happy to have a piece in Chef Will's restaurant and even more thrilled that he hung it in the loo - to me that means he wanted to give people extra time to check out what's going on in it.  And his family was gracious enough to trust me with original family photos (which I scanned, I promise), some dating back to the time when the first pictures were being taken.  Pretty much everything that you see in this piece is directly linked to Will and his lineage - the first arrive in America did so aboard Mayflower.  I hope that you have the chance to experience Will's cooking firsthand and take a extra look around the place, as it contains items have been in his family for several generations.
